Overview

ImagineX partnered with a national home warranty provider to transform their technology landscape and operational processes. The program replaced a legacy system with over 20 years of technical debt with a modern, scalable architecture on AWS, leveraging React, .NET Core, and TypeScript. The transformation included modernization of the CRM and eCommerce platform, re-architecture of the Vendor Portal, and deployment of the WISE application MVP. Alongside technology upgrades, ImagineX embedded a best-practice Agile methodology, formalizing PMO processes, ceremonies, and cross-team collaboration to ensure sustainable enterprise delivery.

Core applications were modernized and re-architected: the CRM and eCommerce platform were redesigned for scalability, the Vendor Portal was rescued and migrated to AWS, and the WISE MVP deployed 268 prioritized features. Teams were trained and aligned to maintain the new processes, ensuring long-term adoption and operational stability.
