Overview

ImagineX is leading a multi-workstream transformation for a global payment processor's Payrix platform, a critical solution powering billions of transactions. The engagement covers decommissioning legacy CNP infrastructure in favor of Worldpay Express, establishing enterprise-grade disaster recovery, and executing a cloud cost-optimization program.
