Existing applications for service and hardware provisioning lacked standardization, scalability, and integrated security practices. ImagineX partnered with the client to provide technical leadership, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) expertise, and DevSecOps guidance, implementing standardized CI/CD pipelines, Jinja templates, and API integrations to enable consistent, secure, and automated service provisioning across multiple systems.

Integration with existing inventory systems enabled automated provisioning and feature rollouts on a quarterly basis, ensuring consistency, reliability, and security across all applications.
